Children & Adolescents
They need specialized therapy!
Our therapists have specialized training to help your child at their stage of development.
Like adults, children and adolescents can benefit from the extra support of therapy. However, they are not adults and need therapists who are specially trained to help them at their individual stage of development. Many of our therapists have specialized training in play therapy for younger children and specialized interventions for children of all ages.
Play Therapy for Kids
Play is how children communicate, learn and heal. As children play they express their funny and scary stories. The communicate their relational experiences. At Utah Valley Psychology, we have created a dedicated environment that is designed for play. While engaging in sand tray therapy, art therapy and play therapy, your child will enter a world where they can become the hero of their own story as they overcome the obstacles to their natural development.
